One of the most successful and well known restaurants in Miami right now! The Zuma Restaurant is located inside Epic Hotel in Downtown Miami – Biscayne Boulevard.
Gorgeous interiors designed by Tokyo based Noriyoshi Muramatsu of Studio Glitt who has been involved with Zuma´s interiors since the London restaurant in 2002. The location also allows Zuma to offer its clients a terrace with an astonishing view over the Miami River! But that’s not all, since it is literally by the river it also offers boat accessibility!
Of course the whole design and location attracts a lot of clients but Zuma isn’t just one of those expensive places where you go and eat terribly and end up paying a fortune. The food is also amazing! They have all kinds of dishes, meat, fish and vegetables. They also have sushi which is good but not exactly spectacular (but that’s just me, I’m really picky when it comes to sushi). My favorite dishes were the “rib-eye steak” and the “wild mushrooms rice”, both really tasty and fresh! (https://centralhotel.de)
The whole service is really good, as soon as you get in you’ll see how they take really good care of you. It is just a little bit pricey but definitely worth it. Just a little warning, getting a table can be difficult you have to call them at least with one week in advance. If you can’t get a table, my advise is to just go drink a cocktail at the bar and you’ll still be able to get something to eat!
