Victoria´s Secret is well known by the sensually of the underwear’s they create. It doesn’t matter if it is the most expensive or the least everyone goes “crazy” when engaging. Off course we cannot leave aside the models – Victoria’s Secret‘s Angels – who have already become the most coveted of all!
This year the honor of wearing the master piece of luxury lingerie belongs to model Candice Swanepoel, from South Africa.
Candice will wear the most expensive Victoria’s Secret’s Fantasy Bra so far, worth an astonishing $10 million.
Created by Swiss luxury jeweler Mouawad, the bra is made from 4,200 other precious stones, including diamonds, yellow sapphires and more rubies, all set in 18-karat gold, which forms the piece’s shape and matching belt. A 52-carat pear-shaped ruby dangles from the bra’s center. It’s no wonder that the bra comes with two bodyguards!
“I’ve never worn anything this pricey” confessed Candice Swanepoel to People Magazine. “They had to mold my body to be able to make [the bra], and I was really excited” she added. “I tried to imagine after they’d done the mold, how would they make it, how it would look. My imagination didn’t do it justice. My favorite part is this beautiful 52-carat pear-shaped ruby. Every part of it is exquisite.”
The bra is worth four times more than last year’s creation, modeled by Alessandra Ambrosio. Miranda Kerr, Gisele Bündchen and Heidi Klum were other top models who wore Victoria’s Secret’s Fantasy Bras.
This year’s Fantasy Bra will be shown to the World on the Victoria’s Secret’s annual fashion show, that will take place on November 13.
