After undergoing a year of renovation by award-winning designer Alex Alonso, the result is a magnificent place that can be yours for $1.39 million.

Some of the most incredible features of the home include three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a powder room, original floors, and beamed ceiling, a salinated pool and manicured backyard, and custom cabinetry and wardrobes throughout. The home comes fully furnished with an assortment of designer and custom pieces, and includes curated art all over, in the most special corners.

According to Alex Alonso, his process went through the exploration of “historical archives to source palettes, design trends, architecture, etc., to inspire our own game plan. I looked not only at Harry O. Nelson homes but also other Miami Beach homes to get a footing of where we wanted to land with the design. It probably took us about three to four weeks just to do research. That’s when we really started to put the design together”.

It was also essential that the architectural elements of the house were to be preserved, such as the mosaic floor, beam, archway details e, and the front circular entryway. There was a clean slate all vibe all over the home, which let Alex Alonso reinterpret the concept of Art Deco and the Meditteranean style
.
