It was Marcio Kogan, from Studio MK27, that was behind this amazing project in Miami Beach, Florida. This amazing mansion features a heated saltwater pool, a swimmable lagoon, and a 200-foot bridge. These spectacular features are definitely what make this house absolutely special.
But, the most special feature of this Miami beach mansion is definitely a manmade lagoon with 100 feet x 30 feet, that carries an organic filtration, and live fish. There’s also an spectacular bridge that floats over this amazing lagoon, that overlooks to the most incredible view of the ocean.
There’s also an amazing and massive covered terrace house, a sunken living room and a large kitchen provided with every supply you’ll ever need. The roof of this Miami Beach House is also featured with grass and greenery.
On the ground floor of this Miami Beach house, you’ll find four bedrooms and the master suite, while the top floor is recognized as the public area, in order to enjoy the most breathtaking view of the ocean. The purpose of bringing back light to the indoor area is brought by floor to ceiling sliding doors, that also embellish this mansion.
This is an exceptional home that is the absolute dream for every interior design aficionado. There’s a beautiful combination of luxury furniture and high-end design, and that’s why this Miami Beach house is such an important project for Studio MK27.
