We present you the majestic Monad Terrace, a building that’s currently on development, on South Beach, Miami. This building is the first project from the prestigious designer Jean Nouvel, which means that this is a massive step on the breakthrough of design. This development was announced on 2016, having officially begun its construction on 2017, and now their first images are finally here.
This amazing property will feature a signature water garden, with reflective pools and adjacent swimming pools, along with the most amazing view of the ocean, from every perspective of the Monad Terrace. This building was designed in collaboration with Kobi Karp, and it stands on 11.5 feet, making it the first structure to achieve a West Avenue’s new height.
Monad Terrace will feature 59 waterfront residences, on which four stand as luxurious penthouses, surrounded with high-tech screens and climbing gardens. On the creative process for this development, there’s a purpose to create an interaction between the daylight and the water with the residences.
Monad Terrace will also feature a honeycomb screen system, which has the main goal of guaranteeing unobstructed views, privacy and natural light. The concept for this development is strategically thought by the square-foot, which means that absolute perfection is a requirement, to say the least.
The residences in this development will contain two to five bedroom, with a massive space throughout the own residence. There’s also a house concierge, a sun deck with an incredible swimming pool, and a jacuzzi that shares the view of Biscayne Bay. Amenities such as valet parking, gym/spa and a bar will also be featured at the Monad Terrace, that is estimated to be completed in 2020.
