Miami has some gorgeous and luxurious interior design projects especially in penthouses and with the amazing view over Miami, today we are going to talk about a miami penthouse by top interior designer Deborah Rosenberg (DiMare) in a private penthouse.Deborah Rosenberg of DiMare Design Miami designed this sexy downtown condo in true Miami style. The views are beautiful, day and night. Deborah believes that adding strong colors to the interiors would have taken away from the magnificent shades of blue water and Miami skyline surrounding the space.
It’s sexy, got bling and functional. She added interesting details to the spaces such as the large wooden apples on the dining table. The living room sofa has an array of pillows all with different textures to sink into, Miami-licious!
The glamorous kitchen’s backsplash has shimmery tones and the spacious bathroom is pure luxury. Of course, Deborah designed these spaces in cool South Beach white.
The clients are a fun, hip family who enjoy glam and Deborah believes their space fits them well. Her mantra is “Design with Direction. If a space has no goal, it’s just another pretty space with no soul.” She believes that our space must meet our needs. That’s key. It must fit us and our lifestyle like a glove. If you’re in love with a sofa that is pure silk and you have 6 kids at home, that’s not a good fit and don’t convince yourself otherwise, according to Deborah. Function and practically precede everything else for her. The day will come for the silk sofa. You might just have to wait awhile. But, as Deborah says “remember to enjoy the ride til you get there”
