Lil Wayne’s New Home in Florida

Lil Wayne’s New Home in Florida – The famous 36-year-old rapper Lil Wayne is living his best life, as he just bought a stunning Miami mansion that is worth more than $17 million dollars, after selling his old house for only $10 million dollars, when it’s original price was listed as $18 million.

According to Architectural Digest, the rapper had previously owned a La Gorce Island, in Miami Beach mansion in this same area that included a shark lagoon and a rooftop skate park. He sold it at a loss for 10 million dollars last fall, but this brand-new house with 10,632-square-foot is located just off the coast of Miami Beach on Allison Island.
“This new contemporary home is a result of meticulous planning and precise execution,” says One Sothebys International Realty, which handled the sale, on its website. “Direct sunsets, tranquil waters, and vast water-frontage offer the best panoramic views the island has to offer.”
This gigantic place has seven bedrooms, outdoor dining spaces, a cabana, floor-to-ceiling windows that are 22-feet high, nine-and-a-half bathrooms, and a gorgeous pool. It also features a custom-crafted mahogany entry, lacquered fireplace, and a butler’s kitchen. Basically, he has everything that you would probably like to have in your own home.

His new home also has an entire wall of sliders that lead to the backyard. Each of the modern-themed glass and marble bedrooms has their own private balcony and a seating area with lounge chairs, and a view of a nearby ocean inlet. Plus, this home also has a movie theater, which is decked out in suede wall coverings, with oversize loungers, and a huge TV screen.
