Herzog and De Meuron have been designing a pair of rooftop residences in Miami Beach, and that exciting project has finally come to an end. This incredibly modern building features two homes, and after two years it’s ready, and completely worth it. Today, Miami Design Agenda unveils all the amazing rooms that are inside these luxurious residences.
Finally has come the time where the Herzog and De Meuron designed residences are ready for everyone to see, and it couldn’t be more beautiful. Located on the amazing area of Miami Beach, there are two residences with a modern and Miami-vibe style. It also features amazing and multiple gardens, that were the work of Raymond Jungles.
Created as sanctuaries, these residences were also designed in partnership with Robert Wennett, a developer that designed a mansion that featured a Herzog and De Meuron designed garage. This property shares a total of 4035-square-feet, and it contains three bedrooms and over three bathrooms.
This residences also stand out through the massive natural light that enters through these amazing spaces, including 10-foot-high ceilings with modern glass sliding doors and oak floors. Those massive sliding doors, give straight access to the magnificent gardens, that are a work of the famous Raymond Jungles.
These amazing residences are located on Miami Beach, specifically on 1664 Lenox Avenue, Residence 2. Right now, this Herzog and De Meuron‘s designed building is listed for 3$ million, and it translates on an amazing and harmonizing couple of residences, that would be the greatest acquisition of all time.
This design firm is a partnership led by Jacques Herzog and Pierre de Meuron with partners such as Christine Binswanger, Ascan Mergenthaler, Stefan Marbach, Esther Zumsteg, and Jason Frantzen. With a lot of projects worldwide, Herzog and De Meuron first started their office in Basel, in 1978.
