We know that spending the rest of our lives in Miami beach house can be a dream. Brown Davis Interiors, one of most recognized Florida interior designers, designed a penthouse with an ocean view, and it is completely glamorous! To bring the apartment up to date, Brown and Davis brought the art features as the clients’ specifications and designed clean, contemporary architecture to further support their vision, with Juan C. David of JCD Architect serving as architect of record.

The hallway became the perfect space to exhibit some of the pieces of the owners collection.

A velvet sofa and the Pop art make the perfect combination between contemporary style with 1970’s inspiration.

The living room decor with luxury velvet sofas and the antique rug confers to the room the modernity that the designer was looking for .
The master bedroom was designed so the couple could enjoy the ocean view from bed or from a nearby chaise.
The media room with custom crushed-velvet sofa designed by Brown and Davis and a vintage ’70s furntiure.
The dining room area design was carefully thought, began with the owners’ pair of Baccarat chandeliers, which the wife, Carolyn Baumel, suggested be hung at different heights. The burgundy velvet dining chairs complete the luxury touch in this room.
The home office decor was completed with  built-in bookshelves give center stage to his father’s sewing machine.
In the spacious kitchen, a thick white marble-topped island pairs with walnut cabinetry to add warmth; that walnut reappears in the nearby living room’s wet bar.
