The apartment owner is an art lover that had a rock and roll vibe in his personality, which was the inspiration source of Pepe Calderin for this home project. The interior designer planed every single detail according to the client lifestyle. That way he knew that the design project of this modern home was everything that his client ever wanted and dreamed.

Rich colors shades, like maroons and deep blues, were incorporated in the modern style decor of the house, as well as some modern artworks, that belonged to the client, were spread around this luxury home.

The challenge of this relied on incorporating that rock and roll touch that the client wanted, without messing around or overshadowing the artwork.

Another interesting detail is that his client is also a boat lover so, besides the rock and roll and bold color tones, Pepe Calderin wanted to incorporate a few nautical elements throughout the apartment. That’s why the interior design of the house features some pieces made entirely out of the same style of wood that you can find in the structure of multiple boats.
