Casa Casuarina is what was previously known as The Versace Mansion, it was turned to Casa Casuarina after Versace’s murder in 1997. This is the Crown Jewell of Real-Estate! You can really feel Versace’s presence and influence everywhere. He spent over 35 million dollars just redoing this Mansion.
This Italian Palace was built in 1930 right in the heart of Miami Beach right across the street from the Atlantic ocean. It was sold after its previous owner was murdered. First th iconic house was a members-only club and valued at $125 million dollars!
Now this outstanding, exquisite and luxurious house was once again sold! This Tuesday The Versace Mansion was sold in auction for $41.5 million to a business group that includes the owners of the Jordache jeans brand.
The group even out bit Donald Trump.
