Britto Charette: Both David Charette and Jay Britto have spent the last decade designing luxury interiors for a wide range of high-end clients. Britto Charette’s principals have largely developed residential spaces, while they also have some high-end retail and commercial spaces in their portfolio.
Jay grew up in Peru, surrounded by vivid colors and a colorful culture that continue to inspire him. Jay’s passion of all things beautiful pervades all he does. Jay’s portfolio is clean and sophisticated, with multimillion-dollar home projects, famous South Beach venues, and a long list of private residential clients in New York, South Florida, Montreal, and Central and South America. Jay prides himself on being adaptable, innovative, and collaborative—all of which are required ingredients for offering clients with a thorough and unrivaled design experience. As principal, fosters excellent working relationships with some of the industry’s most outstanding builders and architects. He collaborates with customers, focusing on the individual elements that distinguish their places. Jay also collaborates on the creation of unique furniture and accessories for Britto Charette, including porcelains made in his home Peru.
This studio’s other founder, David Charette, has advanced design ambitions that encompass corporate campuses, GSA, higher education, commercial, retail, and multimillion-dollar residential. With decades of experience in urban planning, master planning, zoning, streetscapes, and luxury interior design, he is skilled at collaborating with industry stakeholders. David supervises the day-to-day operations of Britto Charette as well as the design and construction of our firm’s custom furniture and award-winning accessories as principal and licensed designer. He also oversees our humanitarian initiatives in the community and works relentlessly to build solid relationships with clients and trade professionals.

Britto Charette: Modern Villa is a two-story residence with an owners’ suite, two VIP bedrooms, two guest rooms, and a service bedroom on the first floor. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and there is a powder room on the first floor. In various areas, clever wall dividers are used to separate the open plan living and dining rooms from the kitchen and family room.
Britto Charette completely renovated the kitchen, dining room, living room, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. We placed white marble in the main areas and wood floors in the bedrooms. They also created custom headboards, feature walls, and unusual storage solutions to help our clients make the most of their space.
Britto Charette: The Ritz Carlton-Residences is a spectacular luxury condominium building that combines cutting-edge amenities with more than two acres of tropical environment and a private beach. Britto Charette was tasked with producing a designer-ready unit for a new client. The 3-bedroom vacation home needed flooring, lighting, furnishings, and accessories for its primary bedroom suite, great room, den, and two guest bedrooms.
Britto Charette has won awards in recent years due to their incredible work! At the same time, the studio and its founders have been featured in many famous publications! For example, in 2022, due to their amazing work, they received the 2022 Built Design Award thanks to the Ritz-Carlton Miami Beach! The studio, led by Charette and Britto, has been featured in some prestigious publications. as “Florida Designs,” “Ocean Home,” “Clientele Luxury,” “AD,” or “Home & Design!”
The process of changing from caterpillar to butterfly is known as metamorphosis. It was the inspiration for the Essex Modern Swivel Armchair. This velvet-upholstered barrel chair has a brushed old metal matte base that provides character. This modern velvet armchair will add an element of refinement to any contemporary living room decor that only velvet swivel chairs can provide.
The Lowlands of Scotland are called Lallans, also designating the integration, blending, and combination of some Scots dialects. LALLAN Rectangular Center Table combines four different materials and finishes as pallisander veneer, black lacquer, polished brass and antique brass.
