Acqua liana mansion is a 22.9 Million dollar “Sui Generis” Green House located in Florida designed by Real Estate Artist Frank Mckinney. It is set upon 1.6 acres and is 23 feet above sea level with over 150 feet fronting the direct Atlantic Ocean to Intracoastal Waterway Property.
Walking inside you’ll find 24-foot tall floor to ceiling window walls. With a touch of a button turn them into cascading water walls which flow into the water floor below.
Also in the grand foyer is a beautiful hand blown glass chandelier that appears as though it is melting into the water floor.
At the Grand Salon, you’ll find the magnificent Wet Bar Aquarium. Also, a four-sided Wine Room gives way to fish swimming overhead and with him the bar.
Finally, connected to the Family Room is the Hawaiian Koa Wood Kitchen completely custom made with fossilized Gem Stone countertops. Now, this is true Miami Luxury!
