Found in Florida’s Sunny Isles Beach, Jade Signature may not be finished until 2017, but you can still buy a residence in preparation. If the name rings a bell, it may be because we discovered their $29 million penthouse apartment up for grabs last year. Designed by Pritzker Prize-award winning architects Herzog & de Meuron and the French firm PYR (led by Pierre Yves-Rochon), the 57-story building will hold 192 units in all with prices ranging from $3.5M to $30M. The Sky Villas specifically include large terraces that offer an extra 1,161 to 3,908 square feet, 20-foot ceilings in the living areas to make parties extra dramatic, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer 180-degree views.
